Consultant – Executive Search & Selection

To build on another great year of delivery, we are seeking to add to our executive recruitment team with an experienced executive recruiter who demonstrates the proven ability to consistently deliver executive and board level appointments.

Our ideal candidate will have experience dealing across the full spectrum of an executive recruitment assignment from: initial client engagement, defining the role and competencies, managing the search for candidates, shortlist, interviewing and assessment through to supporting the appointment. Through a focus on new business development, you will have the capability and credibility to build strong client relationships to support the generation of a pipeline of assignments and achievement of revenue targets.

Essential criteria

This role requires:

  • at least three years’ experience in an executive search and selection organisation where a large proportion of assignments are retained senior management and executive level assignments
  • an understanding of the world of business, how businesses work in terms of organisational structure and job function
  • the ability to establish, build and cultivate strong relationships at board level and with key influencers
  • the ability to proactively identify and target passive candidates
  • an understanding of competence based interviewing and assessment techniques
  • strong attention to detail, highly developed analytical skills and high personal and professional standards for both written and verbal communication.

Ideally you will bring a sectoral expertise that has considerable growth potential within the Northern Ireland economy.
