Managing Director - Ref: 17043
We are now seeking to appoint a new Managing Director to lead the continued growth and expansion of the Foodservice division, maximising its profitable performance and further leveraging the benefits that being part of the wider Henderson Group offers. This role demands the commercial ability to analyse the market, identify strategic opportunities and future trends and develop detailed customer insight. This will inform strategic and commercial business plans and enable the development of new customer relationships, enhance existing commercial partnerships and drive future investment decisions.
It is expected that you will have a track record of success at the highest level within a commercial function, in a fast paced, customer focused environment. You will have the ability to develop innovative business strategies and plans, with experience of budgetary planning and costing. Ideally you will have held P&L responsibility for a significant operating division or business and have influenced at Executive Team/Board level. While it is not necessary that this experience has been gained within the Foodservice industry it is essential that you can demonstrate a passion and enthusiasm for food and a genuine interest in food innovations and trends both locally and globally. This role also demands drive, tenacity and a dedication to providing an excellent customer experience which is absolutely critical to delivery in this role.
