Following an initial meeting between the selection panel and Clarendon to agree a common understanding of the College’s requirements, Clarendon performed an initial sift of applications, made recommendations to the selection panel; held first stage interviews, presented further recommendations for final stage interview; issued a Leadership Profile Questionnaire and provided an analysis; worked with the selection panel to devise interview questions and drafted all documentation for use at interview. On the day of the interviews, Clarendon made all necessary arrangements for candidates’ preparation of the unseen presentation; undertook the complete process of questioning the candidates, thereby enabling the selection panel to focus entirely on candidate assessment; facilitated the process of discussing candidates’ performance and reaching an agreed outcome, and ensured that all necessary documentation was completed. Clarendon also communicated with candidates as appropriate at all stages of the process.
