TBL International Ltd. The appointment of a Commercial Director, to this newly defined post, will further strengthen the current TBL International Directorate team who together lead a team with extensive experience across the set-up, mobilisation and management of visitor attractions, heritage projects, conference centres, concert halls, retail and catering operations and staff training programmes. These strengths are combined into the establishment of real sustainable business for both the company and our clients.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the development and implementation of market and business development strategies focusing on maximising opportunities for profit, generating revenue and creating sustainable growth. The remit will focus on business and leisure sales, revenue generation, product development, and commercial partnerships within the TBL’s Portfolio of Companies.
If this unique opportunity reads with interest, we would be delighted to hear from you. It is expected that you will have an excellent track record of experience in multi-disciplined commercial customer facing business environment, with expertise developed in commercial sales or general business management role which includes business development and partnership/sponsorship generation experience. Your approach will combine analytical rigour with exceptional commercial insight and you will be proficient in business planning, process and systems development setting financial targets, managing budgets and leading teams to commercial success.
While not essential it would be advantageous if you have knowledge of the Northern Ireland hospitality, exhibition, and leisure and tourism sectors.
