As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be crucial to the continued success of Invest NI, reporting directly to the Chief Executive. You will develop People, Diversity and Talent Strategies, to drive performance and deliver our current Business Strategy and to prepare for our next strategic plan.

This is an exciting role which requires an inspirational HR leader at a senior management level, with a strong track record of development and delivery of People, Diversity and Talent Strategies, driving performance, in a world class customer-experience environment.
You will have successfully promoted and embedded a Talent Management approach and truly built organisational capability. Positively driving organisational change and transformation across the business is critical.
You will have the ability to provide good “hands-on” technical support and guidance. Leading and motivating effective HR Teams to deliver organisational goals will be second nature to you. You will have a record of success in creating and maintaining a positive Employee Relations climate.
