Property Lawyer

Description

Property Lawyer

Our client is widely recognised as a Tier 1 Law Firm in Northern Ireland and is one of the most progressive firms within the NI legal sector.  It has built a reputation for delivering major and often complex deals for a broad range of international and domestic clients based on the competence, credibility and commerciality of its advisory teams.

The firm has a strong and respected real estate and conveyancing function that advises on many of the largest and most innovative real estate transactions in Ireland and beyond.  Despite the challenges of Covid 19 and within the wider economy, the deal flow remains strong and the outlook very positive.   It is for these reasons that the firm is now seeking to augment its property team with the appointment of a talented and dynamic Property Lawyer.

The property team has a collaborative approach that enables lawyers with varying levels of experience to work together on a wide range of interesting transactions. Although experience for this role can range between 3 years and 8 years PQE, it is really the quality of that experience and ability to contribute to the team that matters.

Ideally, we are seeking candidates who have successfully delivered on more complex property transactions and has built trusted relationships with their clients due to their strong technical skills, diligence, pragmatism and commerciality. Being dual qualified (England & NI) would be an advantage, as would a track record of delivering on international assignments. The role offers an excellent work culture and the opportunity to work on, as well as win, new business engagements.

The firm has a track record of rewarding people well in terms of further career development and professional learning and its culture is one that allows people to really excel. The remuneration and benefits package are designed to attract and retain candidates of the highest calibre and is structured to encourage and reward superior performance.
