It is for these reasons that the firm is now seeking to augment its property team with the appointment of a talented and dynamic Property Lawyer.
The property team has a collaborative approach that enables lawyers with varying levels of experience to work together on a wide range of interesting transactions. Although experience for this role can range between 3 years and 8 years PQE, it is really the quality of that experience and ability to contribute to the team that matters.
Ideally, we are seeking candidates who have successfully delivered on more complex property transactions and has built trusted relationships with their clients due to their strong technical skills, diligence, pragmatism and commerciality. Being dual qualified (England & NI) would be an advantage, as would a track record of delivering on international assignments.
