Fergus is Managing Director of Rockpool Insights Ltd, his own business consultancy which was established in autumn 2018 to create stronger organisations and communities. Prior to that he had held a number of Director level posts in the Northern Ireland Civil Service, including Director of Active Communities in the Department for Communities. He is an Associate Consultant with the Leadership Centre for Health and Social Care in Belfast and is the Northern Ireland member of the General Chiropractic Council, as well as Chair of its Audit and Risk Committee.
