Over those years Ciaran has made 100’s of senior management and board appointments, with organisations ranging from Northern Ireland’s most successful PLC’s to some of Northern Ireland’s most exciting start-ups. He has made many of Northern Ireland’s most important public sector appointments, and has supported a range of charitable organisations through the appointment of key talent. He is always interested in connecting with CEO's and business leaders who realise that attracting talent is the key to sustainable growth.
Ciaran has also held a wide range of Chairman and Board positions within the voluntary sector, is currently Chairman of Young Enterprise Northern Ireland and has been a longstanding Board Member of Business in the Community.
Over the last 15 years, Claire has built a breadth of experience in the application of leading edge psychometric testing and the design and delivery of innovative assessment centres for management at all levels.
Claire provides expert insight into the design of robust processes and procedures that help identify the most suitable candidate for appointment whilst ensuring compliance with best practice and employment legislation.
Joanne is very well connected in the business community from both a client and candidate perspective. Joanne is a Fellow of the REC, Sales Institute of Ireland and an active member of the IOD.
Mark’s HR and People Development career has taken in both big four consultancy and senior in-house roles. He has a wealth of experience in the financial services, telecoms, education and health sectors.
Mark spent the first decade of his career based in London, but following relocation to Northern Ireland in 2006, he has worked across Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
A Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Anne has significant experience working with senior leaders up to and at Board level designing and delivering interventions that help to recruit, retain and develop talent in organisations.
She is registered with the British Psychological Society at Level A and B Occupational Testing and qualified and experienced in using a range of physcometric instruments. Her experience has enabled her to engage closely with clients from a wide range of business and cultural backgrounds across the world.
Having worked on 100’s of executive recruitment assignments, Sophie has a thorough appreciation of the administrative management of assignments from initial candidate engagement, assignment planning, arrangement and scheduling of interviews, arrangement of feedback and all associated communications throughout an assignment.
